Orders
How can I order through your customer services?
Please note that online ordering is automated and secure, therefore much faster than placing an order by phone, fax or e-mail because you are not limited by our business hours. If you prefer to order through live person, then please submit the following details.
- The products name
- The number of products you wish to order
- The billing address and delivery address, if applicable
- The promotional code, if applicable
- Your personal information
- The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice
- Your payment details for your order
If the above information is complete, our customer services team will be able to process your order without any delay.
How can I order online as a new customer?
Please be sure to carefully fill out all personal information fields in the order form. It is especially important to enter the correct e-mail address because all information regarding your purchase - your receipt, generally the products you ordered - will be sent to that e-mail address. Also it's to avoid delays in processing your order.
Lastly, please select your payment type and confirm all entries by clicking on ‘next step’. On the next page, you can confirm your information and make any necessary corrections.
Click on ‘order now’ to submit your order. You will then see a final order confirmation page. You can print out your invoice. A copy of this receipt will automatically be e-mailed to you together with your order confirmation.
If you are a regular customer, you can place your new order quickly and easily by entering your login details without re-entering your personal details. This will require your user ID and password.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Master card, JCB, Solo, Maestro over the phone or online.
How secure is the order processing and the website?
The website is fully protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, personal details, etc. are sent to the recipient securely via the internet. You can also see a padlock on the order processing page.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer services team by e-mail and briefly explain why you would like to cancel the order. Your request will be reviewed as soon as possible.
How will I receive my order?
Your order will be with you within 10 days or as soon as your goods are available for despatch. Our customer services team will e-mail, text or phone you to agree a convenience delivery day.
Who should I contact with questions about my order and general information?
Our customer services team will be happy to assist you. To contact us immediately, go to our 'contact us' page- your message will be answered as quickly as possible.
Delivery
How will you deliver our orders to us?
Our products are deliverd through TNT express, XDP overnight, APC overnight and Royal Mail delivery services. All orders will be delivered within 10 days.
What is the expected delivery time?
Our courier deliver between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
How much you charge for delivery?

How long you take for delivery?
If you order today, you can arrange any delivery date after (we require) days.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We do not currently offer delivery services outside of the UK- for further information please see the delivery page.
Do you deliver on Saturday?
We do Saturday deliveries but some extra charges. For Wooden beds £20.00 and for memory foam mattresses NO CHARGE.
General Information
How long will my bed or mattress last?
Usually an average priced bed will last 7-9 years but people change their beds from time to time.
Do you take away old furniture?
No, we do not take away old furniture. Your local council usually have a collection service, so contact them for more help.
Do you take the furniture upstairs?
No, we only deliver to the ground floor and we do not assemble furniture as a company.
Do you have any brochures?
No, we don’t have any brochure to sand it out.
How are your products so cheap?
We are an internet based business and therfore we do not have much overheads, which allows us to pass savings on to our unique customers.
What is the standard length of bed?
For 2’6’’, 3’0’’, 3’6’’, 4’0’’, 4’6’’ standard length is 6’3’’ (also known as mattress size)
For 5’0’’, 6’0’’ standard length is 6’6’’ (also known as mattress size)
How I know the overall dimensions of the frame (wooden beds) you do?

Memory Foam Mattresses and Wooden Beds
Why does our memory foam mattress appear to smell?
Do not worry, it is normal for a short period of time and will disappear soon.
Are memory foam mattresses good for back pain?
Because the memory foam moulds to your body contours, it allows you to sleep in the most anatomically correct position which relieves any pressure.
What is the difference between memory foam and an ordinary mattress?
Memory foam is heat sensitive. It feels softer when warm and firm when cold; this allows it to mould to your body as your body heat acts upon it. Normal mattresses don't respond to temperature.
Why some people are selling cheap memory foam mattresses?
There are some people who are selling cheap memory foam mattresses but cheaper memory foam mattresses are made of low density visoelastic foam which has bigger but fewr open cells. The air is spread to adjoining cells much quicker so you sink in faster. This may feel comfort and soft to begin with but the mattress doesn't have much to provide body a proper cushion. In other words; You keep sinking in until you bottom out.
