Many thanks for your follow up phones call yesterday raising very legitimate queries on my order. I am sorry I missed your last call & could not return it when I picked up the voicemail as there was no ‘caller id’ & I didn’t have your number with me.
Thank you for the offer of supplying the correct sized beds, appreciated. However I wish to stick with the original bed I specified with the shorter mattress.
