Thank you for your excellent all round service. Your communications with respect to querying my different size mattress to size of bed & even again before dispatch, are noteworthy. This shows that the people at the end of your excellent website online ordering system are ‘switched on’ to customer service & what they are doing. Excellent well done! The phone notification (& subsequent voice mail message) notifying me of dispatch/delivery, were extremely useful & very appreciated as they allowed me to plan accordingly. The delivery was spot on as notified. Thank you. The product was excellent quality & I was very pleased. Several people (including my Property Stylist) have asked where we got it from & what was the service like. Your details have been passed on.
