Excellent service from start to finish. We ordered a non-standard King bed base and a standard Double headboard. The factory called to confirm the order prior to manufacture. We had a delivery issue but this was handled excellently by Anne in customer service. The products were exactly as ordered, what we expected and the quality is very good. They were well packaged to prevent damage in transit. I would certainly recommend OddSizeBeds.

Very pleased with all aspects of this transaction.Easy to order an unusual sized bed and when it arrived was very satisfied with both the quality of the bed and and the delivery driver who was extremely helpful and carried all items upstairs for me. I strongly recommend this company

The bed came within 2 weeks which I was really pleased with
The communication was excellent from dispatch to delivery
I was kept informed of time and date delivery would happen
The bed was as expected - ottoman lift came in 2 halves which makes it easy to manouvere - the feet (both wheel or flat options both index the bed base ) easy to attach
So far ( only had a week and not used as yet ) I am pleased with everything
